We can cater for properties all over the country. We have a large portfolio of properties within Bristol and Bath, but we have also looked after properties in Gloucester, Swindon, Devon and Hay-on-Wye.

For properties outside of Bristol and Bath, we use a trusted external cleaning partner, who we manage remotely.

As well as all of the standard management services like dynamic pricing and listing management, our fully managed service includes all cleaning, linens, provisions and property maintenance.

We offer three main commission structures, including a bespoke package that can be tailored to suit you and your property.

We offer flexible contracts, all we ask is that you have at least a few months of availability for us to go ahead. However, this can be discussed on a case-by-case basis so please do email us to enquire.

Your property needs to be fully furnished and ready for guests to stay.

We cannot provide any furniture or larger items, however, we do supply items such as tea & coffee, toiletries, toilet roll and basic cooking items.

We can recommend property staging services that can help you get your property ready for guests, including sourcing furniture and decor.
