Six Nations Rugby at Racks: 4th February – 18th March

Catch all the Guinness 6 Nations Rugby action at Racks! Listed by The Telegraph & Bristol 24/7 as one of the best places to watch rugby in Bristol! As always, Rack's are giving you the opportunity to reserve a seat/table to watch the 6 Nations matches. Photo Open exhibition at the Royal West of England Academy: 28th January - 1st May 2023

The RWA Photo Open celebrates contemporary photographic practice in all its forms. This Open Call exhibition invited submissions from artists and photographers, at any stage of their careers, who create photographic work or explore the nature of photography in their work.

Wildlife Photographer of the Year at MShed: 19th November 2022—29th May 2023

Wildlife Photographer of the Year is back at M Shed with a brand new set of images capturing the breathtaking diversity of the natural world. Sister Act and The Bristol Hippodrome: 6th – 18th March 2023

The Broadway and UK smash-hit musical Sister Act is coming to Bristol! Now set in the present day, this sparkling tribute to the universal power of friendship, sisterhood and music tells the hilarious story of the disco diva whose life takes a surprising turn when she witnesses a murder. This House at Tobacco Factory Theatres: 10th – 18th March 2023

UK politics is in crisis and the country is in economic peril. Fights break out in the Houses of Parliament and the government whips can barely contain the chaos. Sound familiar? Well this time, it's 1974 and in this not-so-distant past, Westminster is at war with itself again. Waldo's Circus of Magic & Terror at Bristol Old Vic: 11th March – 1st April 2023

Prepare to be dazzled by this uplifting new circus theatre musical by Hattie Naylor (Ivan and the Dogs, The Night Watch) and Jamie Beddard (Messiah, The Elephant Man) with an original score by award-winning composer Charles Hazlewood (Paraorchestra). Open Doors Week: 13th – 18th March 2023

Doors will be offering site visits across the UK, with projects ranging from tunnels to skyscrapers, as well as a wide range of virtual experiences. Go behind the site hoardings to showcase the fantastic range of careers available in construction. In addition, offices, factories and other facilities will also open their doors to demonstrate the off-site roles across the sector. Locations in Bristol include McArthur’s Yard and North Quay House. St Patrick’s Day Parade and Party: 19th March 2023

The annual St Patrick's Day Parade and Party will take place on Sunday 19 March 2023. Departing from Trinity at 12.30 and heading through Old Market and along Castle Park before finishing with a huge party in and around St Nicholas Street. The festivities will include a full day of music and dancing - featuring floats, dance performances, bands, street performers and more - continuing into the evening with a party shindig. Picturing High Streets Exhibition 22nd March – 30th April 2023

This March, 60 photographs crowdsourced from over a thousand public entries will be exhibited in a major national outdoor exhibition, touring towns and cities across England. “Picturing High Streets” combines portraiture and street photography to tell the stories behind our shopfronts.
